100mg levodopa (Madopar/Sinemet)

= 75mg levodopa with entacapone/opicapone

= 133mg levodopa controlled release

= 1mg pramipexole salt

= 5mg ropinirole/rotigotine

= 10mg apomorphine

= 1mg rasagiline

= 100mg amantadine

 

50mg once at night opicapone = 200mg entacapone with each levodopa dose
